How do I know what size to order?
All of our shoes are true to size meaning our shoes are no different than the shoes you would buy at the store. If you normally wear a size 12 from the store, then that is the same size you would select when placing an order. Read Shoe size guide may be helpful.
How long until I get my tracking number?
Once we receive a tracking number from our shipping courier we will immediately forward that information to you. We may not have your tracking information until 1-3 days after your order has been processed. We ask that you please be patient.
How long until I receive my order?
We ship via EMS or UPS, processing takes 1-3 business days and delivery takes up to 3 business days. In total that is up to 6 business days from the time we receive payment until it arrives at your shipping destination.
Often times the shipping process is much faster and it only takes 3-4 days from the time we process your order, however we reserve the right to take up to 7 business days because at times there are circumstances out of control that delay the shipping process.
